This is a 44 year-old female who presented with a basal cell carcinoma of her right cheek. She had the skin cancer excised under local anesthesia with frozen section margin analysis. Once the margins were negative, the right medial cheek defect was reconstructed with a right nasolabial rotation advancement flap which was designed in the right nasolabial fold. This was done under local anesthesia in the office in Downers Grove. The patient healed without complications and has a well camouflaged scar and flap.
