This is a 45 year-old female who presented with a biopsy positive basal cell carcinoma of the right nasal sidewall. The skin cancer was excised with frozen section margin analysis which was negative. The patient had a 1.2 cm defect of the right nasal sidewall. The defect was reconstructed with a rhomboid transposition flap using the local tissue to cover the wound. At three months, the incisions are barely visible and the nose looks normal.
