The patient presented with complaints of a nasal bump and a drooping nasal tip. We recommended a full rhinoplasty under general anesthesia. An open rhinoplasty was performed at our JCAHO accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL. The patient had in-fracture of her nasal bones, composite reduction of her dorsal hump, nasal tip refinement and placement of a columellar strut.
