Facial Fracture Treatment for 27 Year-Old Female in Downers Grove, IL*

This is a 27 year old male who was treated for a right orbital floor fracture after being struck on the right side of his face. The patient had an orbital floor plate placed via a transconjunctival incision with visible external scar. This corrected the issue as seen on the postoperative CT scan.
