Patient is a 19 year-old male who was struck on the left side of the face and fractured his left cheek bone. The patient was taken to the operating room and had a open reduction internal fixation (ORIF) of the facial fracture via a left intraoral incision, a left lower eyelid transconjunctival incision, and a left upper eyelid incision. Plates and screws were used to fixate the fracture fragments. The patient had complete restoration of his cheek projection and had no visibility of his incisions on his postoperative photos.
