This is a 28 year-old male who presented with gynecomastia since he was a teenager. On exam the gynecomastia was a Grade 1 gynecomastia with good skin quality. We recommended an excision of the gynecomastia using our minimally invasive approach under local anesthesia. The patient had the procedure done at our AAAASF accredited surgical facility in Downers Grove, IL. The procedure took about one hour and the patient was placed in a compression garment after the procedure. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was fully recovered at six months.
