30 year-old Chicago area female who had a breast lift in Downers Grove, IL*

This is a 30 year-old female who presented to the office with complaints of drooping of her breasts and large areolas. The patient was happy with her breast size and did not want breast implants. We discussed a breast lift done through a periareolar incision which wound also allow us to reduce her areolar size. The patient had the surgery under general anesthesia at our AAAASF-accredited surgical facility in Downers Grove, IL. The periareolar incision was used to lift the breast tissue and reduce the areolar size. Exparel was injected around the breasts for postoperative pain control. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and at 4 months was completely healed with good improvement in her upper pole of the breast fullness and overall breast shape.
