Breast Augmentation with 285 ccs Silicone Breast Implants in 23 year-old female*

The patient presented to the office with complaints of lack of breast tissue and A cup breasts. She wanted C cup breasts. We did sizing and Crisalix 3D imaging software was used to determine the patient's desired size of implants. She decided on Mentor Smooth Round High Profile Xtra 285 ccs silicone breast implants. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with 285 ccs Mentor High Profile Xtra Silicone Breast implants at our AAAASF accredited surgical facility in Downers Grove, IL. The implants were placed in the submuscular position via an inframammary incision. The implants were placed with a Keller funnel through a 4 cm incision. Exparel was injected around the breasts for better postoperative pain control, and to decrease the need for narcotics. The patient has a natural aesthetic result.
