This patient presented to the office unhappy with her A cup breasts. She wanted C to D cup breasts. We used the Crisalix 3D imaging software to determine her desired sizes with simulations in multiple implant sizes. The patient decided on Mentor Smooth Round Silicone Breast Implants 440 ccs. Based on her measurements and age, we decided on the Moderate Plus Profile Xtra Silicone Breast Implants. The surgery was done at our AAAASF accredited surgical facility in Downers Grove, IL under general anesthesia. The implants were placed via inframammary incisions with the use of a Keller funnel. Exparel (liposomal Marcaine) was injected around each breast pocket for better postoperative pain control. She had an eventful postoperative course and was happy with her cosmetic result at 3 months after the surgery.
