This is a 38 year-old female with a history of breastfeeding one child in the past who was a size B cup and wanted to be a size D cup. We did Crisalix 3D imaging in the office and the patient opted for Mentor Smooth Round High Profile Xtra 450 ccs Silicone Breast Implants. The surgery was done at our AAAASF accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL. The implant was placed via an inframammary incision in the submuscular position. A Keller Funnel was used to place the implant into the breast pocket. Exparel was injected around each breast pocket for better postoperative pain control. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was completely recovered at 3 months and was happy with the cosmetic result.
