This is a 35 year-old female who presented with complaints of loss of breast volume after breastfeeding her daughter. She also did not like the excess lower abdominal skin after pregnancy as well. The patient was in excellent physical shape but was unable to improve the appearance of the excess lower abdominal skin. The patient did an in-office consultation with the use of the Crisalix 3D imaging software simulations to determine the appropriate size breast implants she desired. She decided on Mentor Moderate Plus Profile xtra 300 cc Silicone Breast Implants. The patient had the procedure at our AAAASF accredited office-based surgical facility. The breast augmentation was performed through an inframammary incision and the implant was placed under the muscle. Exparel (liposomal Marcaine) was injected around the breasts for postoperative pain control. The Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile xtra silicone breast implants were placed with a Keller Funnel. The tummy tuck was performed via a very lower abdominal incision which is easily covered in her postoperative photos. The drainless technique and Exparel were used for the procedure. A naturally appearing belly button was recreated using a special technique with complete correction of the periumbilical skin excess. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and returned to full activity at six weeks after the procedure.
