This is a 48 year-old female who presented with B cup breasts who wanted large C/small D cup breasts. She did sizing in the office and decided on Allergan Inspira Moderate Profile 400 ccs Silicone Breast Implants. Given her small stature and limited amount of breast tissue, we decided on implants to be placed under the muscle via an inframammary incision. She had her procedure at our JCAHO accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL under general anesthesia. We used Exparel intraoperatively around each breast pocket to decrease her postoperative pain and the need for narcotics. She did very well with the procedure and was completely recovered at 2 months. Her incisions were well hidden in her breast crease and she ended up with small D cup breasts.
