Patient presented to 4H Hospital in Barbados with A cup breasts and wanted to be a C cup. She did sizings in Barbados and decided on 300 cc silicone breast implants. We decided on a submuscular position for the implant given the lack of upper pole breast tissue, and the patient wanted the incision in the periareolar position. She had the procedure at the 4H hospital in Barbados under general anesthesia and did very well. We used the Keller funnel for delivery of the implant into the pocket. Notice the periareolar incisions healed very well with no noticeable scar.
