Patient in Downers Grove, IL, Receives Breast Augmentation*

The patient was seen in the office for a consultation for small breasts. The patient wanted to have full C cup breasts. We used our Crisalix 3D imaging simulation software in the office to explore different size breast implants with the patient. With the software as her guide, the patient decided on Allergan Inspira 285 ccs silicone breast implants. The surgery was done in our AAAASF accredited office-based surgical center in Downers Grove, IL. We used Exparel (liposomal Marcaine) to inject around the breast at the time of surgery for better postoperative pain control. Following breast augmentation surgery in early 2024 in Downers Grove, IL, by Dr. Robert J. Paresi Jr., the female patient experienced a successful outcome. The procedure enhanced her self-confidence and body image. Dr. Paresi's expertise and the caring staff provided exceptional care throughout the process. The patient reported minimal discomfort postoperatively and expressed satisfaction with the results.
