Breast Augmentation with lift and liposuction of abdomen, waist and back*

This is a 60 year-old female who presented to the office with complaints of loss of breast volume and drooping breasts. She also did not like her abdominal fat and loss of her waistline. We discussed bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 375 ccs moderate plus profile silicone breast implants with a circumvertical (lollipop) lift to improve the overall breast shape and nipple position. The patient did 3D simulations with Crisalix 3D imaging software in the office to confirm her decision on sizing. We also discussed liposuction of the abdomen, waist and back bra rolls to improve her abdominal contour and waistline. This was all done in our AAAASF accredited office-based surgical facility in Downers Grove, IL. The patient had the procedure done under general anesthesia. Exparel was injected around each breast after placement of the implants in the submuscular position. The liposuction of the waist and back bra rolls was done with the patient in the lateral decubitus position to allow contouring of the entire waistline and side of the trunk.
