Short Scar Medial Thigh Lift in 41 year-old Chicagoland female in Downers Grove*

This patient presented with complaints of excess skin and fat of her medial thighs. She complained she is unable to wear shorts because of their appearance. Given the mild severity of the skin laxity, we recommended a short scar medial thigh lift in combination with liposuction. She had the procedure done at our accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL. The incision was placed in the groin creases and no incisions were made on the thighs. Liposuction was done using the Micro-aire power assisted liposuction machine and the Cynosure Smartlipo laser from the medial knees to the inner thighs. The patient tolerated the procedure well and had an uneventful recovery. Her scars healed as fine line scars in her groin creases.
