The patient presented with complaints of a loss of her figure after four previous pregnancies. She lost a lot of her breast volume with breastfeeding and she was unable to regain her previous tummy shape despite her efforts with diet and exercise. We recommended a tummy tuck with liposuction of the waist as well as bilateral breast lift augmentation with 330 cc Silicone breast implants. The implants were placed under the muscle and a periareolar incision was used to lift the breasts. She had a drainless tummy tuck and Exparel was used on the tummy and breasts as a long lasting local anesthetic decreasing the need for postoperative narcotics. The patient had an uneventful recovery and returned to full activity at 6 weeks.
