Mommy Makeover in Downers Grove, IL by Dr Paresi*

This is a 40 year-old female who presented to the office after childbearing three kids. She had a previous breast augmentation but noted that her breasts were now droopy and she had lost some breast volume after breastfeeding three kids, She also had concerns that she had lost some of her abdominal contour after bearing the three kids. We recommended a mommy makeover with a full tummy tuck and liposuction of the waist and bilateral breast implant exchange with circumvertical breast lifts. The surgery was done in our AAAASF accredited OR in Downers Grove, IL under general anesthesia. A drainless technique was used for the tummy tuck and Exparel was used on the tummy and breasts for better postoperative pain control. The patient had an uneventful postoperative recovery and was very happy with her results.
