Lower Back Lift in Chicago area male in Downers Grove, IL*

This is a 40 year-old male with a history of a 90 lb. weight loss in the past who presented with excess skin of the lower trunk. The patient was recommended for a lower body lift (circumferential lipectomy). He had the surgery under general anesthesia at our JCAHO accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL. We used Exparel for the abdominal area and the incision line for better postoperative pain control. We also performed liposuction of the outer thighs at the same time using the Micro-Aire power-assisted liposuction machine. At 3 months, the patient was completely recovered with a significant improvement in contour and a natural appearing belly button. He was very happy with the results.
