50 year-old with a residual contour deformity after previous tummy tuck.*

50 year-old female with a history of significant weight loss who presented with a residual fatty tissue on her sides after a previous tummy tuck. The patient had a history of a gastric bypass and significant weight loss. She had the tummy tuck done by another surgeon but noticed soon after that she still had significant excess tissue on her sides and lower back. She also noticed her butt was somewhat misshapen. After exam, we decided her best option was a completion lower body lift to address all of her areas of concern.
