This is a 71 year-old female who presented to the office with residual signs of aging after a previous facelift. She had recurrence of her jowls, submental fat and loss of her cheek volume. She had a short scar face and neck lift under local (tumescent) anesthesia at our JCAHO accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL. She had a corset platysmaplasty to tighten her neck and a SMAS plication to correct her midface. She did well with the procedure.
