18 year-old male who wanted his male breasts removed*

18 year-old male who was unhappy with the appearance of his male breasts. They first appeared in puberty and have gotten larger since then. He is in good physical shape but his chest has not improved with activity. We recommended an excision because of the presence of breast tissue which was performed through a periareolar incision.
