Mommy makeover in Downers Grove, IL by Dr Paresi*

This patient presented to the office with a lower abdominal pannus and loss of breast volume after pregnancy. She did breast implant sizing in the office and decided on 485 cc Allergan Inspira moderate plus profile implants with a periareolar mastopexy. She had the mommy makeover under general anesthesia in our JCAHO accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL. For the tummy tuck we used a drainless technique using Quill progressive tension sutures and Exparel for postoperative pain control. Liposuction of the waist was also performed with the Microaire power-assisted liposuction machine. The breast implants were placed via a periareolar incision allowing for a periareolar lift using Surgiform Goretex sutures. The implants were placed in the submuscular position and Exparel was injected around the breasts for postoperative pain control. The patient did very well with the surgery and has an excellent improvement in contour at 1 year postop.
