42 year-old flight attendant who wanted contouring of her lateral thighs*

A 42 year-old female who presented complaining of saddlebags of her lateral thighs. She said that despite being very physically fit she was unable to reduce the size and fatty tissue of her outer thighs. Her clothes were not fitting her right and she wanted her hips to be more slender.
